The ground floor houses 2 of the villas 3 bedrooms, an office space with a chaise lounge sleeper, a living room with sofa bed and large flat screen tv and a spiral staircase that leads up to the second floor. The first bedroom has two single beds, charming built-in shelving, a dedicated split unit AC and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a dedicated Split unit AC. The ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The ground floor patio looks out onto a sprawling landscape of lush tropical plants and vegetation which can be enjoyed from the outdoor hammocks just outside the office space.

The spiral staircase leads up to a large open concept living area and kitchen with contemporary design and ample seating for guests at the formal dining table or eat-in bar. Sliding doors transition seamlessly to an enormous pool deck with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. The endless swimming pool is ideal for relaxing after a long day on the beach or exploring Grace Bay. Just off the living space is an additional bathroom with a washing machine and shower for guest use.
