Situated on Sapodilla Beach cove on the southern coast of Providenciales, rooms enjoy magnificent beach and ocean views of the scenic Bay. The two-story, Moroccan-inspired villa is a sprawling 8,000 square feet. The gated-estate villa has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; its interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. The entry leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio with spectacular ocean views.

La Koubba’s ground level has a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; the master bedroom suite, with private balcony, TV, and luxurious bathroom occupies the opposite wing. A king bedroom with adjoining bathroom is also on this level (Note: this bedroom has garden view only). Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to four bedrooms with private balconies. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and most are equipped with TVs.

The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard with one air-conditioned bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom, living-dining with TV, kitchenette, and private patio. The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the Main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main for larger groups needing the additional accommodation.
