It offers a lot of comfortable seating, a full gourmet kitchen with a brand-new bar designed by an Epoxy artist - the perfect place to enjoy a culinary show by the in-house private chef who is included for two meals per day (cost of the food & drinks not included).

The two one-bedroom villas “La Perla Classic” & “La Perla Bianca” situated by each side of La Perla Palais are offering stunning ocean views with exclusive beach access, and feature their own private pool, large living area with gourmet kitchen, and a large bathroom.

All bedrooms feature elegant ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, tropical ceiling fan, television, king-size bed and dressing room. La Perla Estate is offering three pools, three hot tubs, a media room, a private gym, a spa, a sauna, a ping-pong table, a billiards table, a huge chess court, and plenty of relaxation areas.

We're sure you'll also enjoy the villa's indoor and outdoor speaker system and LEDs on the property's walls, as well as the terrace bar where you can sip sunset cocktails. From the pool deck, you can walk to the ultra-exclusive Baie Rouge beach at any time of the day. The chef service is included in the price of Villa La Perla Estate (cost of the food and drinks not included) for breakfast and lunch or dinner.
