Artepea

Overview

A long, slightly steep, driveway leads down to a covered parking area. From here, stairs lead through the garden to the villa below. Elevator access to the entrance is also available for guests.

The large living room opens completely to the pool deck and view. The living room shares its space with a dining area, which accommodates 12 guests. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features a large counter and breakfast bar with stools.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, the U.S. and French satellite services, and Apple TV. The master bedroom on top of the main house is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other 4 bedrooms have queen-size beds. The second bedroom offers an outside bathtub and shower, and an ocean view. The master bedroom is only available with the 4-bedroom rate.

A deck with loungers surrounds the long heated swimming pool. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, iPod docking stations, and WiFi.

Villa Artepea, or Artepea, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
