So take your time while you decide whether to spend your day sunbathing, enjoying a relaxing massage, or sipping margaritas on the deck. Tulum is a remote location where a shortage of electricity and water can occur, 16Tulum is equipped with a generator to power basic amenities, 16Tulum or the owner will not be held responsible for any outage

16Tulum is not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, or damage of any valuable belongings. We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool.
We ask that our guests check all windows and doors are locked when they leave the room for both security and extreme weather
