While residing at this family compound, you’ll delight in its expansive layout that seamlessly blends beachfront living and adventure with Polynesian architecture.

This property maintains two residences, connected by a shared, spacious lanai. The front home features an Ohana kitchen, living area, cottage-style sleeping loft with an en-suite, and upstairs lanai. Stepping outside onto the lanai, you’re greeted by tranquil garden and ocean views, where you can catch glimpses of sea birds, tropical flora, and even whales depending on the time of year you’re visiting.

Connecting the front home to the larger back home is your outdoor lanai, which grants you uninterrupted 360-degree views of the beautifully landscaped 17,717 square foot lot. You can truly feel one at nature here with private garden views, numerous rock walls, outdoor showers, and breathtaking sights of the bay.

The back home is two-story property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room features an en-suite, with a variety of bed accommodations ranging from Twin to King size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. This home features a larger, main house kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare your favorite meals or master local cuisine. The spacious living room is great for entertaining your entire group, with plenty of plush seating and dining areas for maximum comfort.

While Hui Pu resides in a private gated subdivision on Waialea Bay, it’s residential location is within close proximity to a variety of Hawaiian-inspired day adventures. Hapuna Beach is just a short walk along the renowned King’s trail and all the hotel amenities of the Kohala Coast are right at your fingertips. If snorkeling, whale-watching, or surfing activities are on the agenda, there’s plentiful rental shops or tours for you to choose from.
