With immaculate tropical views in every direction and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the spectacular Hawaiian oceanfront, guests are ensured a peaceful and picturesque tropical vacation.
Step into the grand and openly-designed common space that comprises the kitchen, dining and living areas. With contemporary ambience, high ceilings, ceiling fans, tremendous natural light and natural airflow, this is the perfect locale for your entire party to wine, dine and unwind amidst the tropical views. Prepare delicious island-inspired cuisine in the chic and spacious kitchen that is outfitted with several modern stainless steel appliances and a large countertop with barstools to make any chef feel right at home. The dining area comes with a large formal table set for 6, and the living area is furnished with a couch and chairs as well as a large flat screen television for a jovial night of entertainment. Adjacent to the common space is the large outer balcony with seating options that overlooks the tropical landscape, manicured golf course and the dazzling mountain views in the distance.
The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy king bed, ceiling fan, direct access to the back lanai (porch) with stunning garden views, and a private en-suite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, garden views, and a private en-suite with a large vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 3 comes with bunk beds consisting of a double and twin bed, ceiling fan and garden views, with access to the shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for guests’ convenience.
As a guest staying on the Prince Golf course, guests can enjoy additional amenities provided by the community, including a community swimming pool, clubhouse and barbecue grills for outdoor cookouts. Villas on the Prince #28 allows easy access to the scenic 2-mile walking/jogging path that runs the length of Princeville. Within walking distance from the villa is the Princeville Shopping Center that includes shops, groceries, restaurants, banks, a post office and gas station for all of the amenities you’ll need during your stay. Villas on the Prince #28 is a 40 minute drive to downtown Lihue and to Lihue International Airport.
Venture beyond the neighborhood to the nearby towns of Hanalei and Kilauea for additional shopping and dining experiences. Beach hop along the beautiful shoreline to some of Hawaii’s most precious beaches, or spend the day exploring the island’s famous sites such as Waimea Canyon and the fabulous Na Pali Coast.
